01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with AtfroStudio ("the Service"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with Atfro. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be governed by these Terms of Service.

02YouTube API Services Dependency

Mandatory Compliance Notice:

Our Service utilizes YouTube API Services to provide analytics visualization. By using Atfro-Studio, you are inherently agreeing to be bound by the following platform-specific terms:

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. You can manage and revoke Atfro's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.

03Provision of Analytics

AtfroStudio provides analytics visualization of your YouTube channel performance. While we strive for high accuracy:

  • Analytics are subject to the latency and limitations of the official YouTube APIs.
  • We do not guarantee specific growth or financial results. Performance metrics are historical and for informational purposes.
  • The Service acts as a read-only visualizer; we never post, edit, or delete content on your YouTube channel.

04Termination & Data Purge

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or use the "Delete Account" feature to request a full data purge from our infrastructure.

05Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atfro, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
